This hotel is very centrally located with short walking distance to most tourist sites in the city center. The hotel is modern and well kept. Our room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable as well. The internet was fast and the desk can be used for some work. There was not a view from this room, but that did not matter as we did not spend much time there. The breakfast was fantastic. I don't think they could fit a better selection of different types of food in that little space space and always fresh. This is not a large hotel with many rooms, so even if the dining area is small it was never full when we ate. Attentive and smiling personnel both in the reception and at breakfast. There is an elevator for to get up and down with luggage, which is not always a given in these old city hotels. The walls might be a bit thin, but not something that bothered us. Even though it is centrally place, you could get very close with a taxi. Only 20m to walk and easy to use both taxi and uber from the location. Many good places to eat nearby, including shopping. Highly recommended for both couples, families as well as for business.

A fantastic modern hotel just off Via d’Independenza in the centre of Bologna. We were warmly welcomed at checkin and personally shown to our room. Decor was stylish and understated. Our bed was very comfortable and the shower was large and powerful (although one morning there was no hot water despite running the water for over 5 mins. Lots of wardrobe and drawer space. The coffee machine was fiddly. The hairdryer was very good. Great lighting: both low level and brighter options - good for applying makeup!! The breakfast was fantastic. The breakfast room seemed small but actually was comfortable and never too crowded. The buffet had lots of fresh pastries and cakes, a fresh fruit and yogurt selection as well as meats, cheeses and salads. Coffee was made to order and excellent and the servers each morning were friendly and efficient. My gluten free requirements were met with a great selection of breads, biscuits and cereal too! We just can’t wait to go back!!

The check-in was just us doing everything by ourselves = nothing to comment on. Lifting heavy luggage up 3 stairs alhough they do have an elevator is bad service. Our booking which was called a Luxury triple room was nothing but a simple double room with a small temporary bed. On check-out day, which already is exceptionally early (10 am) the cleaning staff came knocking on the door 09:27 and upon asking them if we could please use the elevator just for our luggage down, they just yelled NO! The one thing that was nice was the rooftop terrasse, and the very nice man who happened to be there as one of us carried luggage downstairs and offered to help us, he was a real gentleman. Level up service and also work on more sincere descriptions when describing the rooms.

Only regarding the roof garden: The homepage clearly says "We always accepts walk-ins". However, when we arrived this evrning it wss said for hotel guests only (and it was pretty empty). Please decide ehat you want and instruct your people accprdingly, resp. im case update ypur page (would be the first such bsr thst doesn't accept people from outside).

This is our second time coming to the hotel rooftop bar. We saw Aldo, who helped us the first time we came, and he was almost as amazing as the views are from the rooftop! Thank you, Aldo! This place is amazing, and the service is great! It’s a must-do for us when in Bologna!
